When you open Microsoft Oulook for the first time, you will be in the Personal Folders screen. In the top right hand corner, you will see something that looks like this:

This is your email box. Think of it like the regular mailbox you have at home that the mailman tries to cram all them magizines into.

• Inbox : mail you have
• Drafts : mail that you have saved to send later, or templates that you have saved
• Outbox : mail that you have that is waiting to be sent
